It’s really funny to me. The Ha Ha Homicidal clown mask lights up white. It comes with attached hair. Mask has a wired battery box or controller with 3 light settings: on, slow flash and strobe flash. Mask has two layers with light up EL wire in between. Elastic band in back. The glow works best in low light settings. Uses 2 x AA batteries (included).
