Opening/Resealing Instructions:
Unopened, store in a cool dry place. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. If poured out of the pack, cover tightly and use within 6 hours.

Chill before consuming.

TUBE FEEDING
Pour directly into tube feeding container. Adjust formula flow rate and volume to patient’s condition and tolerance.
Provide additional water to meet fluid requirements. Avoid contamination during preparation and use.
DO NOT add food or drugs if product is tube-fed.
