1760 COSTUME – Costume Pattern
Veronica modeling the sack, a fashionable gown of the time, which featured a skirt extended at the sides over hoops and deep pleats flowing from shoulder yoke to hem in back.

Under her voluminous hooded cloak, Veronica wears a French−inspired polonaise with laced bodice and skirt pulled up into three puffy swags over a dress-petticoat.
